網上學習的推行需要多方面的配合,包括學校領導層的願景、學校發展策略、基礎設施和人力資源等,以產生變革性影響,培養21世紀自信、自主的終身學習者。本網站旨在分享成功推行變革性網上學習的重要元素,並展示我們的學生、老師和學校領導者為實現這種願景而付出的努力和取得的成果。
自1998年以來,香港大學教育應用資訊科技發展研究中心(CITE)一直秉承「賦能社區和變革學習」的使命,與教師、學校領導者和社區中的其他成員和機構合作,研究和支持在香港學校實施具成效的網上學習方案。
